Buying

How do I know a seller is trustworthy?

Every seller profile shows verification status, total sales, buyer reviews and average rating. Look for the verified badge and read recent reviews before purchasing.

What happens if my animal does not arrive alive?

ReptileX offers a live arrival guarantee. Contact the seller within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence. If the seller is unresponsive, open a dispute and our team will mediate.

Can I return a reptile if I change my mind?

Live animals are generally not returnable for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the animal arrives unhealthy or not as described. Check the seller's return policy on the listing page.

Selling

How do I become a verified seller?

Complete identity verification in your account settings. Once verified, you can list animals and your profile will display the verified badge.

When do I get paid?

Funds are released to your linked payout method 48 hours after the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after 7 days if no dispute is opened.

Shipping

What shipping methods are accepted?

Sellers must use overnight or priority shipping for live animals. Heat packs and insulated packaging are required during cold months. See our shipping guidelines for full details.
