Verified sellers
Sellers complete identity verification before they can list animals. Profiles show sales history, buyer reviews and average ratings so you know exactly who you are buying from.
Live arrival guarantee
If an animal does not arrive alive and healthy, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Sellers must follow approved shipping protocols to qualify for coverage.
Secure payments
Funds are held securely until the buyer confirms delivery. This protects both parties: sellers know the money is committed, and buyers know they can dispute if something goes wrong.
Auction integrity
Our auction system uses anti-sniping rules: any bid in the final minutes extends the timer. Full bid history is public, so you can see exactly how an auction unfolded.
Reporting & moderation
If you encounter a problem, you can report a listing or seller directly from the page. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours and takes swift action when policies are violated.
